SPLATweb is a communication network which SPLAT use during the events of "The Demon Headmaster Takes Over and the third series. When the Headmaster and Hyperbrain start collecting and restricting access to scientific information and other form of useful information, SPLAT create SplatWeb to communicate in order to communicate with other children around the country. SplatWeb is used to pass messages, news and SPLAT's plans to the children.
Whilst they block websites on the internet that supply useful information, they leave children's chat sites alone as they think its just nonsense. SPLAT uses traditional methods of communications such as CB radios, messages via the Pigeons, Morse code via mirrors and passing along messages with Lory drivers.
